ArtScience Museum

Singapore / Asia

ArtScience Museum, at 6 Bayfront Avenue, portrays how art, science, culture and technology come together. This museum is where innovation and new ideas are formed.  It reflects the minds of the future. The ArtScience Museum has 21 galleries which hold different exhibits and collections.  Most notably it includes artists such as Leonardo da Vinci, Dalí, Warhol, Van Gogh and many others.  This museum can be enjoyed by all ages as there are many interactive elements suitable for children.  In addition, what stands out most is the museum’s unique architecture, reminiscent of a lotus flower.  It was designed by the Moshe Safdie (born 1938).  The use of a lotus flower was once referred to as ‘the welcoming hands of Singapore’ by Las Vegas Sands chairman, Sheldon Adelson (1933-2021).
