Ekalesia Church

Ekalesia Church is a Christian denomination church, founded in 1970. It has its origins with the London Missionary Society.  It is rooted in the Congregationalist part of the Reformed tradition. It is the largest religious denomination in Niue, claiming approximately 75% of Niue’s population as members.  Although the sermons are given in English, many tourists go to Ekalesia Church to hear the Niuean choir and music.
