Mulinu’u is a small village on a tiny peninsular. It was the site of the colonial administration in the 1870s. The Parliament of Sãmoa is based here. The peninsular is also the site of the Lands and Titles Court, There is also the Appia Yacht Club, the Tanoe Tusitala Hotel Recreational Area, and the Sogi Recreational Area.
