The Kandt House Museum, previously called the Kandt House Museum of Natural History is at KN90 Street. It is part of the Institute of National Museums of Rwanda. It combines exhibits of the flora and fauna of Rwanda with the history of the country from the German occupation. There is also an exhibition of live snakes. From the museum, there are extensive panoramic views of Mount Kigali, and Mount Jali. Shyorongi and the city.
