Serpentine Gallery is a gallery specialising in modern and contemporary art. Diana, Princess of Wales was its Patron until her death, and in her memory, the artist and poet, Ian Hamilton Finlay, created a permanent memorial in the form of eight benches, a tree-plaque, and a carved stone circle.
