The Suva Municipal Market is on Harris Road. It a huge farmers market where locals bring their produce to sell. The best days to visit are from Thursday to Saturday, when the farmers arrive with the freshest goods. There are tomatoes, chillies, cabbages, bitter gourds, cassava and yams, all for sale cheaper than in the supermarket.
